Responsibilities

  • Able to handle independently of full set account
  • Liaison with auditor and tax agent
  • Prepare monthly Management Report & Audit Schedules
  • Ensure and update monthly Inventory Reports and Costing

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, Business Letter Writings and Communication
  • Positive thinker with initiatives, mature and independent with good leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency and maintain the quality of the food prepared
  • Prepare mise-en-plus
  • Daily storage of ingredients
  • Maintain proper equipment operations and maintenance
  • Maintain proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Provide direction for Team Members when needed
  • Reports to Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail : this is crucial in Kitchen Operations. The fewer mistakes you make, better the dinning experience for the Guests.
  • Patience : the ability to carry out all duties and monitor the rest of the Kitchen Team requires that you remain calm at all times, and work efficiently even under challenging conditions, especially during peak restaurant hours.
  • Ability to Multi-Task : there are many important and time-sensetive duties that a Commis Chef will need to handle at the same time.
  • Self-Discipline, able to work access hours weekday/weekend, punctuality, maintain quality of food.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide high quality services, care & treatment to clients.
  • Handle infant, new born babies and mothers.
  • Able to handle problems suck as breast feeding, post labour issues, etc.
  • Responsible for the safety standards of the unit to deliver safe and quality care of clients.
  • Good working knowledge of nursery theories, norms, practices and statutory requirements.
  • To establish and maintain good and effective interpersonal relationship with clients and their family for the achievement of excellent patient treatment and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent with Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Possess have the Post Basic Certificate in ICU or Midwifery in high priority.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Midwife or into the same industry.

Responsibilities

  • Able to care and love all children with patience and understanding
  • Handle children from 2 months – 4 years old
  • Responsible for the overall class management and children welfare
  • Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with center’s policies and framework
  • Complete progress reports for children and prepare developmental portfolio for each child
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Diploma in Nursing
  • Attended and passed Kursus Asuhan dan Didikan Awal kanak-kanak PERMATA (would be and advantage)
  • Teaching children or relevant experiences
  • Must love to interact with children
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Mandarin would be an advantage)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall marketing & sales of Company’s product and services.
  • To manage the overall sales performance, lead and drive the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop marketing plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions.
  • Conduct market research and monitor development treads.
  • Lead , direct and co-ordinate the activities in the department in maximizing yield to improve profitability through diligent monthly forecasting.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
  • To develop, plan and review the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure that all activities as outlines in the Sales & Marketing Business Plan, are action and adhered to accordingly.
  • Proactively promote brand awareness by organizing marketing events and activities. Increase brand recall and consumer demand in targeted market and geographic segments in line with the Compnay’s business goals.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets, Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required languages : English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • At least 5 years of Sales & Marketing working experience is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in the Medical Health related industry or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory counts and verify the accuracy of stock record periodically
  • To perform recording of the in-coming and out-going stock/product from store. E.g. data entry.
  • Issuing / receiving products/stocks.
  • Security of stores areas.
  • To assist in inventory control & store activities such as picking, packing and stock checking.
  • Organizing and dispatching packed goods to proper location.
  • Handle all aspects of the store including monitoring stock, packing of items, order and receiving of stock and storage of items.
  • Documented and update all stock movement
  • Responsible for receiving goods accordance to related documents
  • Keep internal and external stores areas swept and tidy and free from loose packaging
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
